These are really awesome snakes with distinctive banded patterns of dark and light brown and range in color from a tan, reddish brown and grey with dark orange heads. Some are very aberrant making for a very unique snake. Also known as Ramsay's python, these snakes lack heat sensing pits used for detecting warm blooded animals. They are good feeders, quick to respond to food and easy to care for.
